Why Immunize?

Immunizations can save lives and stop the spread of diseases. Babies and toddlers that are given immunizations on time can be protected from many dangerous diseases including: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (whooping cough), Hib, Varicella (chickenpox), HPV, Influenza, and Meningitis.

We offer 6 weekly immunization clinics at our office located at 675 Price Road in Newark Ohio. To view our full immunization clinic schedule CLICK HERE. We are now accepting United Health Care, Medical Mutual, and Anthem in addition to Medicare, Medicaid, Molina, and Caresource!

Satellite Clinic Locations

Buckeye Lake - Mt. Carmel Church, 5133 Walnut Road, Buckeye Lake First Wednesday of each month 9:00-11:30 and 1:00-4:00. Please call (740) 349-6535 to schedule an appointment.

Pataskala - West Licking Joint Fire District, Station 1, 851 East Broad Street, Pataskala Third Wednesday of each month 9:00-11:30 and 1:00-4:00. Please call (740) 349-6535 to schedule an appointment.

Johnstown - Youth for Christ building, 276 Main St., Johnstown. Fourth Wednesday each month 9:00-11:30 and 1:00-4:00. Please call (740) 349-6535 to schedule an appointment.
